What we cover

• Article errors: if you spot a wrong figure, an outdated setup or a broken link, tell us.
• Review requests: want us to test a receiver or service? If it fits our niche and is legal, we will consider it.
• Brand partnerships: if you represent a receiver maker, a VPN or a legal streaming service, we can talk.
• Press: for quotes or interviews, write with your outlet and your deadline.

What we do NOT cover

• Requests to promote pirate IPTV or unofficial "premium" M3U lists.
• Cardsharing configurations (CCcam, OScam, mgcamd).
• Marketing spam, link exchanges, low-quality "guest post" offers.
• Tech support for your specific receiver. We don't have the staff. Use the manufacturer's site or a brand forum.

Response time

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm US Eastern time.
• Saturday and Sunday: we read, we do not reply.
• August: vacation. We reply when we get back.

What happens to your message

When you write us, we keep your email and message in our system to reply. We delete it after 12 months. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
